An explainer video covering the scoring rules of rugby, animated with hand drawn cel animation.
This project was completed as a live brief under New Zealand Rugby, which aimed to extend viewership of rugby to overseas American football fans.
As outlined by the brief, a humorous, distinctly Kiwi tone of voice was utilized in the visual style & script to highlight the grassroots origin of the game and New Zealand Rugby.
